Model Shoot Event @ Abandoned School House
Please take the time to read through as this is quite different than most events! Booking information is at the end! This is a lot of information, so please take the time to sit down and go through all of it when you can, don't book and ask questions later.

INFORMATION:
- June 24th - 11:00AM til 8:30PM
- Schuylkill County, PA (exact location to be sent after booking)

- PRIVATE location; we will not be trespassing; we will be there with permission. I also have full liability business insurance but I will be asking everyone to sign liability waivers.
- We will try to arrange carpooling so keep a lookout for messages regarding that. I'll also try to arrange a place we can do a group chat for arranging rides.
- There is a limit to the amount of photographers, but more will be added if people do not book the models' 1-on-1 time up. The more you book, the less photographers to be in your way!
- Please note that ALL bookings need to be prepaid.
COSTS:
- Everything must be prepaid. No exceptions. No discounts codes can be used!
- $200/photographer - Includes entry at 11:00AM, location donation, snacks, drinks, and the 1-hour group shoot at 12:00PM
- $125/hr to book 1-on-1 spots with each model. Up to basic art/glam posing only.
- There will be additional group shoots, 1 with each model per hour that can be booked at a $40/person rate; max of 5.
- Bring extra cash for tips and 10-for-$20's. See notes later...
SETUP:
- The setup will be:
11:00AM - arrival; everyone can look around, photographers can shoot w/out models
12:00PM-1:00PM - Group Shoot (all models, all photographers)
1:30PM-7:30PM - Group Shoots & 1-on-1's
*7:30PM-8:15PM ish - Open time for on-the-spot 10-for-20s.[$20 for 10 mins - cash]- 12:00pm will start with all 5 models in different locations and photographers in groups of up to 3 at max sharing 8 minute blocks of time with each model. The photographers will rotate to different set locations so that everyone can shoot everyone in different spots. This is meant to be a get-to-know-you type setup. [changed this to *not* have the models also rotate to avoid confusion]
- From 1:30 on is 1-on-1 time with the models for 1 hour slots. You may share your spots with another photographer if you wish, but you must arrange that on your own.. And please, be nice! Share locations, don't hog a spot. Communicate with each other. Don't get mad if someone is in the same spot or won't get out of your way if you haven't spoken up.
- Group shoots from 1:30 on will be 1 hour shoots with 1 model. This will be a more affordable option for those who want a lot of shooting time but can't afford 1-on-1's with everyone. These spots will be like my normal outdoor events, 1 person in charge at a time but others can shoot from the side. Please consider bringing some small tips for the models for these. ($5-$10)
- 7:30pm and on will be us trying to squeeze as much natural light as we can out of the place. We will be doing what some call "10-for-20's". It's $20 for 10 minute with the model or models of your choice ($20 to each model). This will be a way for you to shoot with people you didn't have the chance to. Or if you want a creative shot with multiple models, you can grab a bunch and get it done instead of needing to book all models for a full 1-hour session.

IMPORTANT: If this is SOLD OUT then DO NOT book the model spots even if they are open!
The goal is for this was to be capped at 10 photographers to ideally have 2-1 ratio during the 12:00PM session. I did open up it up to more people because the first group of photographers do not book enough 1-on-1's and group shoots with the models to fill their schedule. The max amount of photographers will be 15 [Plus me and my husband, Greg Gardner, who will not be doing the main group shoot]. Includes entry at 11:00AM, snacks, drinks, and the 1-hour group shoot at 12:00PM. All 1-on-1 time and additional group shoots cost extra.
