Please take the time to read through as this is quite different than most events! Booking information is at the end! This is a lot of information, so please take the time to sit down and go through all of it when you can, don't book and ask questions later.  YOU MUST ALSO BE A MEMBER OF THE MEETUP.COM GROUP TO ATTEND.

INFORMATION: 

  • June 8th - 10:00AM til 8:30PM (or done sooner depending on your schedule)

  • Schuylkill County, PA (exact location to be sent after booking)

  • PRIVATE location; we will not be trespassing; we will be there with permission. I also have full liability business insurance but I will be asking everyone to sign liability waivers.

  • You are welcome to arrange carpooling! I also suggest getting a hotel nearby before and/or after in Pottsville, PA or near.

  • There is a limit to the amount of photographers, max of 12 (14 including my husband and another models photographer partner but they will not be in the 11am shoot round). Exceptions may be made if models still have a lot of 1-on-1 time open or someone doesn't want to do the first 1 hour group shooting.

  • Please note that ALL bookings need to be prepaid.

COSTS: 

  • Everything must be prepaid, No exceptions, to reserve. Cash day of for anything left open is fine. No discounts codes can be used!

  • $220/photographer - Includes entry at 10:00AM, location donation, snacks, lunch (pizza), drinks, and the 1-hour group shoot at 11:00AM where you get to shoot all 5 models (including a quick round all together)

  • $115/hr to book 1-on-1 spots with each model. Up to basic art/glam posing only. If the model poses erotic/fetish and you want to arrange that posing, you'll need to discuss with the model directly and pay them more.

  • There will be additional group shoots, 1 with each model per hour that can be booked at a $40/person rate; max of 6.

  • Bring extra cash for tips if you can and 10-for-$20's. (Most people tipped the models at the end of the event before leaving last time)

  • You are welcome to book multiple models to pose together during your time spots but please do not book more than 2 models at a time except for the last time slot of the day or after that.

SETUP: 

  • The setup will be:
    10:00AM - arrival; everyone can look around, photographers can shoot w/out models
    10:30AM - be ready in downstairs meeting room to get introduction and tour the place
    11:00AM-12:00PM - Group Shoot (all models, all photographers)
    12:30PM-7:30PM - Group Shoots & 1-on-1's
    *7:45PM-8:30PM ish - Open time for on-the-spot 10-for-20s.[$20 for 10 mins - cash]

    • 11:00am will start with all 5 models in different locations and photographers in groups of up to 3 at max sharing 10 minute blocks of time with each model. The photographers will rotate to different set locations so that everyone can shoot everyone in different spots. This is meant to be a get-to-know-you type setup. *If you don't have interest in shooting everyone in that first 1 hour, please let me know!*

    • From 12:30 on is 1-on-1 time with the models for 1 hour slots. You may share your spots with another photographer if you wish, but you must arrange that on your own.. And please, be nice! Share locations, don't hog a spot. Communicate with each other. Don't get mad if someone is in the same spot or won't get out of your way if you haven't spoken up.

    • Group shoots from 12:30 on will be 1 hour shoots with 1 model. This will be a more affordable option for those who want a lot of shooting time but can't afford 1-on-1's with everyone. These spots will be like my normal outdoor events, 1 person in charge at a time but others can shoot from the side.

    • 7:45pm and on will be us trying to squeeze as much natural light as we can out of the place. We will be doing what some call "10-for-20's". It's $20 for 10 minute with the model or models of your choice ($20 to each model). This will be a way for you to shoot with people you didn't have the chance to. Or if you want a creative shot with multiple models, you can grab a bunch and get it done instead of needing to book all models for a full 1-hour session. You are also welcome to book another hour or do 30 mins with models as you see fit at this time.

You must pay for this first before booking the 1-on-1's or other group shots with the individual models! You can add multiple things to your cart before checking out, including this with your other bookings.

IMPORTANT: If this is SOLD OUT then DO NOT book the model spots even if they are open! Only those who paid the Entry Fee can do so.

*Melancholic is available to be booked with her male partner for posing. She is also available for erotic work with our without him per her limits. Please email her directly to discuss. The models are receiving $100/hr so anything additional would be paid in cash to her day of based on what you privately discuss. There are no refunds given for any reason within 1 month of the event. Exception being of course cancel of the full event or specific models.
