  • October 29th - 10:00AM til 7:00PM (note that sunset is at 6:05PM)

  • October 30th - 10:00AM til 7:00PM (note that sunset is at 6:05PM)

  • (9:00am arrival okay; 10:00am starts shooting)

  • PRIVATE location; we will not be trespassing; we will be there with permission. I also have full liability business insurance but I will be asking everyone to sign liability waivers. Keep in mind this is a dirty, run down space that’s only partially being fixed up and some areas are dangerous. There’s also A LOT of stairs to deal with. Pace yourself and plan breaks as needed to relax, clean up, eat, etc.

  • Please plan to have your own portable lighting if you can; some areas are dark and we cannot predict the weather. There are some outlets so extension cords can be used with corded things but only in a few areas. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs so try not to have anything too hard to carry around.

  • You are welcome to arrange carpooling! I also suggest getting a hotel in Frackville/Pottsville, PA area. I’ll try to get a group rate from a nearby hotel. I’d suggest getting in the area the night before to avoid bad traffic (which is often the case).

  • There is a limit to the amount of photographers, max of 20. Exceptions may be made if models still have a lot of 1-on-1 time open or someone doesn't want to do the first 1 hour group shooting. If it fills up, let me know if you want to be on a waiting list.

  • I plan to have up to 10 models. More will be added if photographers schedules are open and existing model schedules are full. I will start out with less than 10 models til more photographers secure the entry.

  • Please note that entry must be prepaid fully prepaid before booking with models!.

COSTS: 

  • No discounts codes can be used from any past events/credits/etc.

  • Entry Fee is $150/per day $250/both days - Includes location donation fee (based on a per photographer amount), snacks & drinks provided, 1 meal, and a quick group shoot at 10:00AM where you get to take a group photo of models together). THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER TIME WITH THE MODELS EXCEPT THE GROUP PHOTO MINI SESSION.
    Please remember it is actually including a guaranteed moment to get ALL of the models in one shot. Other events like this do not include this. (I’ll be paying the models for their time for this)

  • Important: 1-on-1 spots with each model will be booked individually with them directly (not through me like before). Please keep in mind the schedule is on the hour (or half hour). Keep in mind this means more like a 50 minute session (ending 5 minutes early to get model back to meeting room and giving 5 minute buffer for model to get with you and heading to your shooting spot). Models & photographers should schedule in a 30 minute break when needed for food/to rest.

  • There will be additional group shoots, 1 with each model per hour that can be booked at a $50/person rate if 1 model and $80/person rate if 2 models ; max of 6.

  • Bring extra cash for shoots if you’re not fully booked to not assume every model is okay with paypal/venmo.

  • You are welcome to book multiple models to pose together during your time spots but please do not book more than 2 models at a time except for the last time slot of the day. I can’t have someone taking all of the models away from photographers. Exceptions can be made if day of people are available.

  • Book ahead of time! Don’t wait for day of to book models. I will let more photographers join if model schedules are still open. You may miss out on shooting if you do. At least plan for the majority of your shoots pre-booked if you want to feel out extras.

SETUP: 

  • The setup will be:
    9:00AM - arrival; everyone can look around, photographers can shoot w/out models
    9:45AM - be ready in downstairs meeting room so I can have a quick chat with everyone
    10:00AM-10:30AM - Model Group Photo (1-2 minutes for each photographer)
    10:30AM-7:00PM - Group Shoots & 1-on-1's

    • 10:00am will start with gathering all the models in the auditorium. We’ll have each photographer take turns getting a quick group shot of all the models together (if you want one) - this will be 1-2 minutes per photographer depending on time/how many photographers.

    • From 10:30 on is 1-on-1 time with the models for 1-hour or 30-minute slots. You may share your spots with another photographer if you wish, but you must arrange that on your own.. And please, be nice! Share locations, don't hog a spot. Communicate with each other. Don't get mad if someone is in the same spot or won't get out of your way if you haven't spoken up. Book with the models directly.

    • Group shoots from 11:00 on will be 1 hour shoots with 1-2 models. This will be a more affordable option for those who want a lot of shooting time but can't afford 1-on-1's with everyone. These spots will be like my normal outdoor events, 1 person in charge at a time but others can shoot from the side.

    • 7:00pm will be wrap up time with everyone needing to be gone by 7:30pm sharp.

You must pay for this first before booking the 1-on-1's or other group shots with the individual models!

Just like I’ll add more photographers if models schedules are not full, I’ll add more models if photographers schedules are not full but models are fairly well booked.

IMPORTANT: If this is SOLD OUT then DO NOT book the model spots even if they are open! Only those who paid the Entry Fee can do so. I may be able to add more photographers to the list depending on model availability.

There are no refunds given for any reason within 1 month of the event. Exception being of course cancel of the full event. If models cancel, I will have replacements.
Please only book if you don’t plan to cancel due to covid concerns. We will NOT cancel unless there is a government mandate that requires you to. Feel free to wear a mask and socially distance.

GROUP SHOOTS

The group shoots will have 1 or 2 models per group shoot. They will be 1 hour (well, more like 50 minutes like everything else). There will be a max of 6 photographers per group shoot. We will take turns with different photographers as the “lead”; others will be allowed to side shoot. For the duo sessions, we’ll do a variety of the models posing separate and together. It will be $50/person if a 1-model group shoot and $80/person if a 2-model group shoot. This is a great chance to shoot a lot with the models at a lower rate and get ideas for your 1-on-1’s.
